He uses subcontractors and doesnt pay them for the work performed yet still collects money from the home owners leaving the subcontractors with no choice other than to file liens on the property where work was performed. DO NOT USE!!! Passes hot checks!

"We were referred to AHI by another contractor who recognized that our backyard project required a higher level of skill and expertise. After visiting with company owner Derek Wendt, we had a better appreciation of just what was possible with our space. Derek designed a pergola, patio with fire-pit, and landscaped our backyard into a place that's much more inviting and usable. Along the way we solved a drainage problem, added safety and ambience lighting and improved our retaining wall, which demonstrates the diversity of the AHI team. We appreciated the professionalism of the staff and were updated throughout the project on the progress of our work. Derek is easy to work with, reliable and has an eye for detail.
