We got a slow start but the fire took everything. Now my home looks absolutely gorgeous. Robert is great, his crew that cleaned up after the fire were great guys

Robert is a stand up guy that truly cares about his customers. He takes the time to explain all the ins and outs of a restoration project, and makes you feel comfortable on moving forward with the project. I'd highly recommend these guys!

Kwik Dry was called after a broken pipe flooded my kitchen. I was very impressed with the rapid response as well as the genuine concern of the workers for my comfort and ability to get things functional.

Calling Kwik Dry was a mistake I deeply regret -- something I did when a water pipe broke, flooding two rooms. They dried the water quite well, and the workers were very courteous (though they did take my undamaged baseboards without my permission, with management later saying they had "disposed" of them). Kwik Dry management was a BIG disappointment. Their bill (which I was foolish enough to pay) was MUCH too high -- much higher than the amount for which insurance would fairly compensate me (and I researched this issue on my own). Their estimate for build-back was over three times higher than other estimates I received from reputable sources -- significantly more than three times what I eventually paid for an outstanding job. I have worked in this field doing similar work, but I would warn others about this company.
