Rent-A-Wreck

I called them at 4:02 pm and talked to a guy there. I asked how much a deposit was to drive to California and back he said I can't help you and good luck and then hung up on me. Thus is not a good place to go the guy did not answer any of my questions just said he could not help me and hung up on me. This guy should be fired!!!

Reserved car online, then get call next day from local lot asking questions then tells me he won't rent me vehicle. Now I have to spend my morning on phone for refund. This company is a joke.

We needed a car for a 20 year old. They worked with us and provided a car at a reasonable price. I would recommend to anyone.

This guy is a shady shyster. At least an hour after returning the car he called and claimed that there was a crack in the windshield that wasn't there when we got it. Unfortunately we didn't take a picture when we received it, so there's no proof. But I find it highly suspicious that he didn't review the condition of the car in our presence. Furthermore, it's even more shady that he waited over an hour to let us know of his "discovery." That's not the way to go about any of this.
