Business owner contacted my business regarding some help they needed. The person who called wanted someone to come out today to help them. We were unable to get them scheduled for today and before we even had a chance to continue the conversation they hung up on us mid sentence. Absolutely no courtesy or respect. If a business owner can treat another business like that, I cant imagine how they would treat their customers. I'll make sure to never do business with them.

The owner John is so great ,he has been doing the furniture business for long time ,he listens customer idea and then offer his designs for the best ,the staff there is kind and polite ,they do thing high efficiency ,they do design and print and also furniture ,I can choose many at the same time . I would prefer this company so much to my friends ,we can the best deal and products in Springfield . John's wife Sue is so nice too ,she manages the Missouri Neon and visiontech company ,she help me do advertising with great deal ,their thousand billboard in Missouri help me win more clients . So cool to know them .
