No wonder you’re closing, walked in for a few minutes while the old guy working was talking to the security guard, and didn’t get helped but a better dressed person walked in (I was in sweats he was in jeans) and he got helped immediately. Horrible service, was actually no service at all.

Great time to buy! Store is marked down to stupid low prices. Was happy to spend my $$ here. If only all jewelry stores were this way

The first time I was in this store the manager was on the phone while I was waiting at the counter along with another salesperson and customer. He was so rude on the phone and hung up on the person. Then he complained about them in front of me and everyone else at the counter. I asked the salesperson if they had a polishing wheel for getting scratches out. She said yes and the manager said no. I said well which is it? He said well we don't do any polishing during Christmas because we are focused on sales. I said I wasn't asking him to do it now, I just wanted to know. He said he didn't have time to talk to me about it. He was so rude. I would never purchase anything from a place where the manager treats people like that. Retail is about customer service.
