Terrible service. People were laughing and I couldnt hear them very rude. Calling about the booster shot. Someone needs to monitor this office. Our tax dollars pay their salaries

Returned call to the COVID line 620-5710 from yesterday 1/26/21 regarding scheduling my covid vaccination and the message said the mailbox is full!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very frustrating!!!!!!! Called COVID line 620-5710 and got a busy signal! Need more phone lines and people to man them.

Ive went to this place 3 times in the past 9 Months. I always felt that it wasnt very professional but it was a nice investment. Today though when I went there, it was different. I went in to get my $25 depo shot. The staff at the front was very nice ( the brown and black haired woman ). When I went in the back, the gray haired nurse did the typical stuff like weighing me and asking questions. But it was so fast that it fault like they wanted to get rid me. Usually when I get the shot they ask which arm I last got it on because youre supposed to put it in the opposite arm each time. I didnt remember which Im I did it last because its been three months. She didnt check in the system on which arm I did it last. I think its dangerous to repeatedly use the same arm. I fault like she just wanted to give the shot as fast as possible so I could leave.
