        took my less than 1 year old bad boy mower to them for a flooding problem and the muffler rattling. well they told me they tightened the muffler and that the carb needed replaced due to a faulty needle and seat.and it would cost me 165.00 for the new carb. this mower has a 3 year warranty!! i declined the work and picked the mower up at a cost of 15 bucks and called bad boy they directed me to Kohler since my mower has a kohler engine. the lady i talked to asked me a few questions and referred me to a different shop and the carb was covered under warranty and the muffler still rattled from a broken baffle inside the muffler, the recommended shop replaced it also under warranty.no faith in the seneca location for honest mower repair.......
