      image No reminders for appointments. Was told appointment was at 9 am at scheduling time but when double checking it was 8:30. No information whatsoever on what happens at a pre-surgery appointment so had no idea this was going to take 2 hours, even though the receptionist said it would be no longer than an hour. Screwed up our whole morning. Not impressed
