        yes the service avalibility fee sucks, and the fact they took internet clear to smithville lake b4 taking care of its power members first and do not support its members with solar but it could be worse. plus we get free shit once a year and a big party with cold food instead of using that money for cheaper rates.

        Extremely high rates. Didnt run my furnace for 2 weeks, my bill only dropped a small amount. There must be a huge variance in the measurement system of kWh. Going to measure it my self and run a some numbers in R and minitab. I will post the results on facebook with statistical analysis. The customer service is great, but Im not paying for that.
