Theyre friendly. I didnt end up selling my guitars the two times Ive gone as it was roughly 30% of what I end up getting locally or on Reverb. Like any shop some items are decently priced, some over, and some under. There are good deals to be had here if you watch their site and are patient.

I would not recommend buying from them online. The guitar I bought was misrepresented. Before my purchase I asked is there any dings or damages not pictured and what was the weight. They responded with Thanks for the email - this guitar is weighing in right at 7lbs. There are minor dings and scratches on the body, the pictures are showing examples of the worst we can find. Anything not pictured is very minor pick scrapes, etc.
The listing only showed some minor scratches which is no big deal. The guitar I received came with melted finish damage and weighed 8lbs 6oz. I weighed this guitar on two different scales and got same results. 7lb weight was the whole reason the guitar was ordered, it wasn't just off by a couple oz but more than a whole pound.
