They will fabricate stories to cover up their wrong doing, not respond in a timely manner or at all, They do NOT represent their clients, Dishonest and a poor representation of Progressive insurance. I would not recommend! Even if you try to take your complaints higher up than them it is a family run board and will get you no where. Stay far away from them.

This is the worst insurance company I've ever dealt with. We've had them for 8+ years never made a claim. We had our home inspection for the sale of our house and they found hail damage. We had two separate roofers tell us there's extensive hail damage. The adjuster comes out and says it's normal wear. We try to explain what the other 3 professionals found but there answer is "it's not hail damage" that's it. I think this company is a bunch of lying, cheating thieves. I hope everyone reads this because you'll be sorry if you use them.

I switched to Farmers Mutual from my previous insurance company because it was significantly cheaper. I have now been with them for 10+ years and I have been very happy!
