Very uninhabitable. See high tenant vacancy rate due to management neglect. Mold in walls on floors and wall heating elements. Be sure to document everything pictures, including wall heaters, leaking windows, broken/cracked tile. Bring your own sticks to hold windows up. Any former tenants in same situation, contact Rural Development/Federal Fair Housing in St. Louis, MO and Washington, DC. Three tenants in same apt. Hospitalized. Save medical records.recently learned the 8th so called manager got fired in January and two more tenants, long time left. That left two that I know of. But watch how fast they leave. McCaskill’s husband holds an interest in this Maco place. He’s investing millions in senior citizen places outside Ste. Genevieve and known for neglecting places so old, he still gets your tax money while neglecting them. Do not go there to live.
