Good as New Cleaning and Carpet Care

Beware of Good As New!! Scheduled with this company over a month in advance for an appointment. Failed to mention anything about animals in the house during or after the cleaning service. Refused to keep the appointment all because of my HYPOALLERGENIC dog being in the home. Found out later that this company is known to not complete the work. I do not recommend this company. They claim Veteran Owned but the "wife" has zero core values. Just don't use them, call someone else to clean your carpets.

Jesse and the crew are super awesome. They came back to touch up some spots and the carpets look great. They were all very respectful, courteous and very responsive.

This was the second time we used "Good as New" and once again, they exceeded our expectations. Jesse is great to work with and you'll find him to be totally professional when taking care of business. He did such a great job, I won't have to replace my carpet with new flooring. You won't be disappointed if you're looking for someone to professionally clean your carpet! Broke light fixture in house that came out of my deposit, broke shelf in master bath that came out of my deposit, stole some things from the house while cleaning it. They charge 908 dollars and didn’t even take the trash with them when they were done, Nd I got charged for it. They were recommended by the crooked rental office so they probably are working together to screw people over and splitting the money. Out of an 1900 dollar deposit we got back 126 dollars. Crooks DO NOT use good as new for cleaning in saint Robert for your cleaning needs or reality executives for your rental needs.

They can make the worst carpets with the worst smells look new again! A company had cleaned a rental before we moved in and it still smelled like a wet dog badly. I called good as new and they came out and cleaned the carpets again and OMG THE STAINS AND SMELL IS GONE!!! They do a wonderful job cleaning also! I will not use anyone else ever again!
