Tracy completely bullied my daughter and got away with it! Her scam is to make the pre-paid wedding book with a range of pics selected by the couple. My daughter picked the smallest number of pics to stay within the price The electronic proof showed pics in the page creases and tons of words quoted all over, and a bill for the extra pages! My daughter said I want larger pics and no words, Tracy said I can change it, but it will cost you for each change! So, my daughter refused to give her any additional money and just wanted her wedding book she already paid for. She never got it! Tracy printed it based off of a message her assistant took, in which my daughter said no, she doesn't approve of it. Don't trust your wedding day with her! She is Deceitful & Unethical! It breaks my heart that she took advantage of my daughter. We didn't use her for my son's or niece's wedding, her loss!
