The Food was Cold I requested them to remake it kindly and it was the wrong thing and they tried to charge me for it they ruined my Friday night and still charged me for the side salad won't go back

Service was slow after being seated and 30 minutes wait for our main course. Seafood ravioli was not fresh, pasta was gummy.

This was by far one if the worst restaurant experiences we have had. After being seated a waitress finally came to the table about 20 minutes later and apologized she didn't know our table was hers. We got half our drinks and finally asked the hostess for help which she ignored. There were people seated a half hour after us and were done eating before we got our food. We had to keep asking for things that were forgotten then 10 to 15 minutes later the waitress would come back still forgetting things. Never got coffee we ordered. We ended up being the only table in our section and it was freezing. We asked if they could turn on the heat and she said no. When our food finally came my soup was barely room temperature. As a former waitress and restaurant owner I really try to be patient and understanding but after 2 1/2 hours there was no excuse. Our meal for 4 people was $130. We were celebrating a birthday and this was totally disappointing.
