Apparently they don't have any employees to help anyone?! My dad spent almost $400 on building supplies and couldn't find anyone the entire time to help my elderly dad!!

Every single time I try using Menards again I'm so very disappointed. Everytime! This time I bought custom cabinets that the rude salesman helped do. Turns out they are the wrong color, you have to put the drawers together, the soft close together, they are not flush when closed. The entire cabinet you have to put together. How much you ask, $1000 for 2 cabinets. The drawers are not even, they don't soft close.... junk!!!! Oh and the surface stains. $1000 of department junk! Don't bother sending it back because you have to sign an agreement saying the return policy has a 20% (maybe higher) restocking fee. Your customer service is at a zero. Your employees never look happy!
