Zen Windows of St. Louis was great to work with from start to finish. We really like our new windows, and are very surprised by how much they have cut down on the noise. This was an very nice added benefit that we did not think about when we first looked for windows, but they have made things much more quite inside. Dennis made the whole process very easy with a no pressure sales approach, but was very responsive when I had questions and requested a demo of the products. The team of installers were fantastic as well. They were all very friendly and told us up front what to expect. They did a nice job on the installation and clean up. We used Zen Windows to replace all the windows in our home. I can't speak highly enough about Dennis, Eddie, and the team. And the windows are great. There were a couple issues with the shipping / logistics of the windows but we live in a world of constraints and imperfections and I believe it's what we do in response to those things that make us who we are. The team at Zen responded as well as I could have imagined and made everything right in the end. They have a customer for life. Service: Window installation

Thanks to Dennis and his team. 2 years after having my windows replaced they came back to replace a piece of trim, (casing) that upon inspection they knew they had not installed originally. This was not correcting an issue they caused but a piece that was never part of their bid, that had simply lost its paint.
