Sandie did a fantastic job for us!! Starting with doing an unbelievable amount of research to make sure we listed at the right price to negotiating through unanticipated problems (finding a buried septic tank in the front yard!) she displayed her expertise throughout the process! Her years of experience pay off - literally! We got substantially over the asking price and she was extremely skilled during the negotiation phase. We are so glad we used her!!

We knew the market was strong but were unsure if it was the best time to sell or how we could show our house with three dogs and busy schedules. Sandie heard our concerns and our desires and helped craft a strategy that would get people's attention and minimized the disruption to our family. Instead of scrambling around to accommodate last minute showings, we took the dogs and got away for one weekend. We had many people come through and received six offers at the end of the weekend – one of which was significantly above our asking price. Within a few days of going on the market, we accepted an offer and didn’t have to worry about showing the house or hiding the dogs! Sandie walked us through inspections and all the details we needed to get to closing. Our sale from start to finish could not have been easier and we are grateful to Sandie for all her help and advice. She patiently answered our questions and sent regular emails with reminders of the things we needed to do to have the house ready for closing.

Being first time home buyers is stressful enough, but also being an out of state home buyer during a pandemic was a whole other level. Luckily for us though we had Sandie Hea as our realtor to help us through and find the perfect home for our family. After two quick trips to St. Louis and not finding the right home during the 48 hours we were there Sandie expressed confidence not to worry. Sure enough when our home came on the market within minutes of sending the address to Sandie she agreed this was the home for us. Her knowledge and experience definitely shined through during the offer process as the home had multiple offers. With Sandie's help we secured the home. She was able to assist with everything needed in person as we were out of state through closing. Her detail and commitment continued to show as we recently received a follow up after moving in to ensure everything in the home is working like we thought it would.
