I finally got a chance to try CC's Vegan Spot on my way home from voting yesterday. Actually, placing the order and needing to go pick it up was my motivation for voting.
I enjoyed the MTM (Mushrooms on Top of Mushrooms) burger--look at that vegan cheese!, fried oyster mushrooms, French fries, and a salad with balsamic vinaigrette. I brought the fries, some fried mushrooms, and the salad home since I was so stuffed!
Orders are placed online and you pick them up onsite. You can eat inside or on their lovely patio--I was happy to sit on the patio in the evening sun. Everything was fabulous and the owner even peeked out to check on us. I will definitely return to this Princeton Heights business.

I ordered the nachos and WOW! The serving is plenty for two people, but the crispy nachos and toppings were so good, I almost finished it all. 10/10, great service and great food

Excellent vegan burger, Double Trouble. It was so delicious I never put it down to take a picture.
