They gave me a reasonable rate and instruction to send them the details of the request by text message to get my name and addressed to pickup and drop off the car. The car was picked up from one body shop and dropped off at another within the time frame specified. Confirmation was also done through text message. The payment was straight forward and receipt sent immediately. Highly recommended.

This place is a little pricier than most but a really great place. I was told that it would be two hours before they could have a truck to me, which was the wait time for most places at that time, but they got to me in a little over an hour. Ted was a really cool guy too. He took my car key and info to the mechanic that he dropped my car off at so I didn't have to make the extra trip. I would recommend using 24 Hour Towing if you are stranded.

Wonderful experience with this towing business! Both the man on the phone and the man who towed our car were incredibly professional. Mo was kind, respectful and patient. Would definitely recommend and/or use again!

Steve, the driver, was fantastic. I had been having battery issues for a while, and I knew I should have gotten it changed, but I just didn't get around to it. Anyway, my car wouldn't start in the Schnucks parking lot in Kirkwood, and I didn't have jumper cables. I had my two kids with me, and I didn't want to leave them to ask people for jumper cables, so I called 24 Hour Towing. They got to me fast and got my car running again.
