8:30 AM on a Sunday morning our Boy Scout troop was headed out to summer camp. The trailer's tires were dangerously low though, and we were had no luck with the air machine at the gas station. The folks at Firestone Complete put air in our tires and inspected them - proclaiming them to be in good shape and giving us peace of mind. We were safely off to camp thanks to Firestone. Our cost $0. They saved the day and we are very grateful.

We used to be loyal customers of this location for 15 years, but there was a complete turnover in employees. There was an obvious lack of customer service and care. We tried to work with the new people, but they were sloppy in the work they performed on our cars. A few years later, we tried them again. We were met with a lack of professionalism and a lack of customer service. It is really sad.

My friend has just been scammed by them...too bad I'm a state inspector. Sold her without her permission 1800$ in parts and labor and they are refusing to let her take the parts for inspection. "Ring ring", "Hello is this the state troopers....I'd like to file a complaint and see an investigation of misconduct including fraud." "It is my belief that this shop is failing cars on purpose to increase sales and defraud customers."

I will never take my vehicle back to this Firestone store again. I had the brakes replaced on my car less than a year ago. A few weeks ago, the brakes failed. I took the car in for repairs. The first time the brakes were supposedly fixed, I had to practically push them to the floor in order to stop and then the brake lights stopped working. I took it back and was told someone else had put the brake switch in upside down, that it was just a coincidence the brake lights had stopped working after their "repairs." They supposedly put the brake switch right. Worked for one day. They are refusing to take any responsibility even though there were no problems before their brake repairs. Apart from being overpriced, they are also obviously not willing to take responsibility for their mistakes.

My husband and I have great success with this Firestone location. First, my husband takes his work truck there for tires and alignment. The first set lasted almost three years and we just had another set put on recently. The service is always super friendly and quick. They have aligned his truck three times and since we bought the lifetime alignment it has easily paid for itself by now.
I also took my BMW M3 there a while back and had two new rear tires put on. They werent cheap either since they are low profile on a 19 rim. Unfortunately after about 6 months and only about 2,000 miles the rear tires were almost bald. I couldnt believe it. I rarely drove the car in a manner that would eat tread so I was baffled by the short life span. Firestone took one look at my tires and then replaced them free of charge. I really appreciated their help since the tires were so expensive. I later sold the car for various reasons.
I wouldnt hesitate to use them again. They are friendly and convenient for my family.
