        This store really don’t deserve 1 star.... Today is 2/26/20 store was suppose to open at 10am... I arrived at 10:45, I tried opening the door then noticed that the door was locked & lights where out, no one in sight.... so I sat there for at least 5 mins I couldn’t sit & patiently wait with the 5 other customers on the lot because I was only on a 15 min break, had to come back to work.... no good metro, get it together👎🏾

        Waited over an hour while the counter person took phone bill payments of people who came in after us. Finally walked out without buying a phone.

        Horrible service. I returned a device the same day and have not received a refund yet. It's been 2 weeks and they tell me I have to wait an additional 4 to 6 weeks on a refund. The manager acting like she not the manager. I will be switching to Boost! F_#! Metro pcs.....👊👊👊😤
