Went in 7/3/2020 1:00pm and I had questions about my plan. And the woman working was hella rude about answering my questions just told me to call customer service . Prolly because she was on the phone FaceTiming .

My phone has been running slow... After speaking to Debra on the phone I was very encouraged to go into the store. Once I was there Reggie and Debra were sooo helpful. I love it when I receive excellent customer service. I was thinking about buying a new phone, but wasn't really sure what I wanted. Reggie was great... He explained all of the new features of the new phones and helped me understand how to fix my issue. Debra was busy happily helping all of the other customers coming into the store. Both Reggie's and Debra's kind and professional manor made my experience extremely enjoyable. I didn't end up buying a new phone today, but plan to revisit this store in the spring to get a new phone. I'm hoping for new sales on newer phones.Thanks again Debra n Reggie you both are AWESOME!!!
