        On 12/19/2022 I bought two (2) REVVL6 5G Pro phones at $199.81 each. The customer service representative acted like she didn't want to be bothered, she waited on other customers during the middle of our transactions, didn't offer any amenities for that amount of sale and lied about changing the SIM card and told me it would cost an additional $27. I've been a customer for years and this the absolute worst representation of Metro PCS company I've ever experienced. DON'T EVER GO TO THIS STORE!!! I would give you a NEGATIVE ZERO (-0), but that's not an option. Seriously considering switching companies.
