      image They messed up my 2016 taxes and now I owe the IRS for their incompetence. I'm currently getting the run around so I have a good feeling they are going to do everything in their power to not take responsibility for their screw up. The most I've gotten so far is "sorry". Sorry for what? Messing up my taxes? Because that is what happened. I paid for a service and that service was not given. Never Liberty Tax again. Horrible experience.
