        Staff is horrible! They are rude, disrespectful, hateful, and just nasty people there. Would not send my worst enemy there. I have never had an issue with any of the locations but this one is terrible.

        Staff is extremely rude. If you attempt to call them, they will hang up on you and then will avoid your calls. Additionally, there is no way to leave a message or contact anyone else at the store.

        I came in at 6:30 to get a notary for a name change signed and stamped. Apparently they stop doing notary say 6pm.. to have time to close up shop. Like I come in and you have 30 minutes and you cant help me? Disappointed in the service here.

        This place is an absolute nightmare. The older lady who is always there is extremely rude and isn’t helpful at all. I unfortunately had to go there to print and fax something and I had to get on the computer myself and print it because their settings were all messed up and then they charged me for being on their computer!! UNREAL. Seriously don’t waste your time going, go to a different location.

        Do not waste your time going to this store. I showed up at approx. 6:50pm to drop off packages and there was another guest that got turned away right before me. As soon as I walked in the door I noticed the gates were closed and then employee, old lady, stated that the registers are already closed so she couldn't help me. She said we have 3 min til closing and my phone time said 6:52. She was rude about it and when I was leaving the parking lot I saw her leave at 6:55 as well. Don't try to go within an hour of closing time or you will waste an hour round trip like I did.
