Service was less than Stellar. I went on Monday and the salad (garden) was brown. Second salad still brown. Friday, I went with a large group. Half the table was through eating before the other half got food. They left and I had to reschedule a work meeting.

After a bad experience one year ago, my parents and I decided t try again. Initial greeting and getting seated within 5 minutes, things looked better. Our waitress took our drink order. I chose a perfect margarita. When it came, it was straight lime mix. Even had a green color. I sent it back and asked for tea. Now to ordering...My parents each wanted the all you can eat, mom riblets, dad chicken. Waitress asked which sauce for his chicken. I ordered the quesadilla burger and stepped it up with onion rings which, both of which, I use to love. Food comes, brings 2 all you can eat ribs and my burger and 4 onion rings. Mind you fries come with but, I paid the extra dollar for onion rings. Wow! Dad doesn't want to complain again but, I asked the waitress if that was what I got for the extra dollar. She said she thought that too and put in for more for me. My burger was the greasiest I had ever had.When finished and got the bill, I had a 2.99 charge (besides the $1) for the onion rings AND, a 1.99 charge for a game! We had not even touched that thing. Got her to get the charges off. We will not be giving it another try.

Stephanie typing. I came into the restaurant for the 2 for $20 steak deal. This was my first time in 15 years patronizing the establishment. The waitress with the baby suggested we get the 8 ounce steaks because they were still going to be the same price. I pointed out to her the small print stating its a $3 upcharge for that size. She said no it wasn't. We got those. She brought out the chips and salsa. The chef made regular mash potatos instead of the loaded ones. The chef was making them and we would get them when ready. Negative. We were super hungry coming for lunch and all. The string beans were not good and I switched to broccoli. Then she suggested she'll bring out more chips because they weren't fresh. That never happened. She left with her baby mid shift. A substitute waitress came out and I let her know all of the issues. She said she would get the manager, (Danny) and he usually takes something off the bill since I was disappointed. (Did I ask for that? I wanted my meal done right, not a cheaper bill. But whatever.) Danny came out and I told him the same. You know what the first thing came out of his mouth. "You guys ate most the food, so?" Duh, I was hungry. What were you thinking? I didn't want to pay for it. I intended on spending money for my outing. I suggested my bill and that was wrong. The steaks were actually the $3 upcharge like I told her. The manager fixed it and we left. Basically, I had a not so good experience here. Danny, here's some advice on customer service. Try to make the customer happy before just giving money back. You want repeat customers. That's how you keep the money flowing in.
