This company owns the apartments that I live in and the only thing that I've got to say is, this company seriously needs to take a look at how badly 1 of their properties is being maintained. Up until most of 2020 these apartments were in very good condition and maintained fairly well but, I went 2 months without air conditioning last summer (2021) before maintenance finally fixed the AC unit properly. I haven't seen a groundskeeper out here in months and it's now been over a month since I requested maintenance to fix 1 of the toilets that continuely runs. You're just wasting your time requesting help from the leasing office. They claim that the lack of help is because of Covid but, Covid hasn't affected other rental apartments that I have friends living at...
I've seen section 8 apartments located in the worst part of the city in better condition than this place!
I've considered contacting this company myself but, I'll wait until I've turned in my 30-day notice.
