I purchased a tub faucet cartridge for a very old bathroom and Milford Supply was the only place that had them. I needed to get another one and they had one coming the following week. I had an immediate need and instead of telling me there is nothing they can do, they looked up the part on the internet and told me where I could get it and have it in two days. This did not benefit them at all as I would be purchasing the item elsewhere. Now THAT is going above and beyond. Milford Supply in Green Park is definitely a company I will return to for ANY plumbing needs. Thank you for the great customer service!!

They had what Ace hardware didn't have. But it was Ace hardware that recommended Milford supply.

Went in to get some parts to fix a bad diverter in my shower, it's a 3 handle system with large water inlet connections (1960's era style) and is getting hard to find parts for. Not only did the younger guy working the counter find the diverter I needed, his counterpart pulled out some catalogues and showed me some newer valves with large inlet connections like mine that I can swap out and actually find all the parts for to repair it if needed. I didn't catch their names but it was 11/17/21 in the morning. They also supplied me with the name of a reliable plumber should I run into any issues. If you get tired of walking around a chain hardware store looking for parts but never finding them head over and see the helpful team at Milford Supply.
