Ridiculous service tonight. Usually they are really good but tonight was unacceptable by any standards. Ordered 2 sides of fries, 3 ranch, and one order of toasted ravioli. Received: zero ranch, one order or horribly soggy old fries and
the toasted ravioli.
Called and spoke to manager and the fix was one side of fries and ranch on my next order. The reason we ordered these fries is because they used to be really good and crisp. Otherwise I wouldn’t pay $31 for fries and ravioli.
Very disappointed.
Side note: delivery person did as requested and did not knock, also called and let me know the order was at the door. At least he can do his job properly. Maybe he should be the manager.
