      William, thank you for the review sir. We are happy to hear that navigating the process here electronically was a breeze. It's interesting, COVID really changed the legal landscape for many personal injury law firms, especially with regard to things that used to be done with paper versus what are done know electronically. Many of those changes have "stuck around" after the COVID pandemic, and that is a good thing in our opinion, as many processes are now much more efficient both for the lawyer and the client.
