I hired Spencer Farris on a contingency. I was rear ended by a motorist in St. Louis County in June 2020. The whole backend of my vehicle was crunched. The insurance company for the motorist had my car fixed. But, I incurred medical expenses at a hospital for x-rays and an emergency room exam by an MD. The insurance company for the motorist who hit me offered me $750 as long as I would sign off on any future claim. I declined their offer. I found out that the $750 would have gone to my health insurance company first, who had paid $2,770 for my hospital visit. My health insurance company would have been shorted about 2 thousand dollars and I would have gotten none of the $750 from the offer. Spencer took this to court and 12 months later he settled with the motorist's insurer. From this I received a check for $1,865!! Separately, my health insurance company received $1,880. Without Spencer's help I wouldn't have received a red cent. Spencer fights hard for you and he is very professional, organized, and methodical. He keeps up good communication during the whole law suit process. I would recommend him to anybody who has been victimized in a car crash. He did an excellent job! Way to go Spencer!!
