We got an appointment here seeing the reviews. I've usually had experience with other docs where the receptionists call and get the insurance info before coming in. This place didn't. When we walk in, receptionist said she has to first find out if we're in the network. We were. She wanted to double check Anyways. After waiting for some time with the insurance company, we left and got another appointment for a week or so later. The receptionist wrote it on an appointment card and gave it to us and told us she'd for sure have everything resolved by the time we come back. We then wait for our year old, who needed 1 year shots to be had after a week. Not too big of a deal. But when we go back after a week or so, the receptionist said do you have an appointment? The gall. Luckily we had the appoint card. showed it to her and she's like oh...I remember writing it but didn't put it in my register. So, she's like you can come in 4 hours. Even worst, she hadn't figured out if we were in the network. Tho She said she tried. I have her a few more numbers to try. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IS DIGITIZED. The receptionist had large stacks of papers everywhere. Not even in shelves. I've never seen anything so disorganized. We left once again to wait for her call to tell us that she's finally been able get a hold of the insurance company. (I called myself and spoke to someone within about 15-20 mins if I remember correctly) Seems like she couldn't even take that much time out to call the insurance company. Wife and I decided we've had enough and will never come back to this place. I'd say avoid this place if want to avoid getting a runaround unless of course you want to see complete mismanagement and a disorganized office.
