Terrible! Medical West was very good. After switching to Lincare, we do not receive supplies without having to make repeated phone calls. They often send the wrong supplies. My insurance covers 100% and I should not have to beg to get needed items. Incomplete insurance info sent causes a lot of wasted time on the phone trying to get supplies covered. Customer service is useless. I would like to switch to a more organized, professional company.
