        The front desk was very courteous. The dr actually brought us back and spent a lot of time with us. I didnt feel rushed. He was very kind and explained everything.

        We have had Dr. Rallo as our sons doctor since he was 2 1/2 and he is 10 now, when he was diagnosed with duane syndrome in his left eye. He is an excellent doctor and great with my son! We have had great experiences all the times that we have had to go there which was twice a year for a while and now its once a year.

        Weve had our first appointment with Dr. Rallo and Im pleased with the plan moving forward. He was very gentle with my 15 month old & my 3 year old that was in the room asking him questions. He answered all my questions, explained each step & let me know about further tests needed and why he was recommending the specialists he did. Im happy with the care my son received. His office staff were also very kind and helpful when I needed to call them.
