      image Stopped in after placing an online order, but decided to upgrade the headphones I originally bought. Scott, who helped me, was so friendly, patient, and helpful! He was super informative and I felt confident in the purchase because of him. Everyone at the store is super friendly and creates a very welcoming environment :)

      image Horrific customer service. I waited around 10 minutes to have one of the employees help me find an item in stock. When I finally got to speak with him, he was extremely rude and short with me for no reason. Good thing Guitar Center will probably go out of business in the next few years anyway.
