I am a Type-2 diabetic who has had numbness in the feet for the last six or seven years. It progressed from tingling and numbness to no tingling but numbness at 9 on a 10-point scale. There was rarely any pain, just numbness.
On July 30, I began my first of what would ultimately be 11 Sanexas treatments at Top Medical Center (formerly known as Pain Relief Center of St. Louis). At first there was no change, but after the trio of treatments 4-5-6, my feet felt significantly better. The numbness was down to a 6 and I had actual feeling back in my feet. I stepped in a small water spill in the kitchen and realized, like most people do, that the bottoms of my feet were wetthe first time in years I had had that ability.
With treatments 7-8, things took a turn for the worse. The numbness returned to a 9 but I was suffering constant pain in my feet as well.
On Wednesday, September 8, Minnie from TOP called and said they no longer had a provider and would have to suspend my treatments until they hired one. I asked Stephanie, the office manager, and Dr. Banerjee if they would pay for up to nine treatments at a different business that is doing Sanexas. He refused.
So now, Ive been in pain since September 8 and Im actually in worse shape than when the treatments began. After such a good beginning, Im sorry to say I cannot recommend Dr. Banerjee or Top Medical Center.
