Teacher was amazing but it was a problem when it came to me receiving my certification it took almost 5 months calling leaving voicemails never got a response till I called the nursing board and was told my test was never turned in then when my certification came I went up to school and from me ringing the door bell to banging on the door whole time she was in there ignoring me I dont know what her problem was but very unprofessional

They have great teachers and they work with you on making payments.

Schooling was great the problem came with receiving my license after i successfully completely the classes and state exam!

Called to inquire about cna training courses based off of online pricing,class schedule and location.Will update if possible. UPDATE: I received a callback the next day from a Mrs. Crowder. I made an appt. Enrolled the last few days of June for a 16 wk course starting July 20th. I signed up for 4:30-8:30. Mon&Wed.I paid a registration fee/total of $375.00 up front. She gv me a # to cll for tuition asst and the # never gts answered. Ever! I was also scheduled for 10am after I chose an am appt. Thts when her day corses start so I rlly didn't hv time to ask a lot of questions. I just asked what was needed for class. (Told nt to buy scrubs cause she wanted to gt the school name on them.) Arrived on what was supposed to be the 1st day of class. Money order in hand of $350.00 which was due 1st day of class. I get there at 4:10 and the lot is empty. No one answers the door bell. 'Finally the guy from next door at the car sales place,the same guy that was present in the office the day I thought I registered.He puts a finger up from the window and finally comes to the door lookin at me crazy,so I say"I know Im a lil early" and he does thd same thing with his fingerand asks for me to give hom a sec. (closes the door)Finally after about 5 min ,he allows me to come in to tell me that "Julia's mom gt sick and she had to run out" Offering me my money order back saying " Julia sd to return it (the$375) in case I changed my mind.Then he tried to convince me to leave the money order tht was supposed to hv been for registration because " they will be starting soon" . I told him I wld inquire at another place,he asked where,I told him and he sd"they dnt offer all of what we do,you cnt gt tht there,only here". You hv to hold classes at a set time and solid schedule to gt anything! I was not notified via phone or email which I provided and are current.?!?My big main issue is the fact tht every other person tht signed up for tht class time and date was nt there,no one shwd up but myself. So how was everyone else notified,knowing nt to shw ?? He says "we're nt rdy yt". Why accept pymt and allow registration then? I sd "was I supposed to call here and chk to make sure courses were still gnna be held after a mnth?" He actlly sd " yes, you should of clld us" . Wow! Rlly?!? He fnlly sd " yes we shld of contacted you" when I took my money order to go. She was never there , he clld her while I waited outside in the heat and she told him via phone how to handle me. After realizing she never notified me in a mnths time. How was the rest of the class notified?? After an hr bud ride and 20min walk and paid sitter.Of course I wont wait til Aug 10. Thts close to a mnths time diff. I made personal arrngmnts for a July start date. I cnt rearrnge last min. The fact tht I was'nt notified was very unprofessional and careless. For less than $2500 I cld of decided to wait it out for another program that may be more resonsive after this corona mess. Thts why I chose to go with this school due to the response time and me wanting to get started before Aug,missing other enrollment timelines due to slow responses from other schools,schools tht cost $800.00 for a 8 wk program. More my speed financially but as I sd,I was rdy to gt started nw,so I went forward against my better judgement.Tht non-notification was a sign from God. The 1st one was scheduling. Saying she wld change it due to class size. So if you hv a set wrk schedule for days and you signed on for nights and courses go to days due to class size and you've paid alrdy ,and past refund point,thts nt kool. I should of sd no then but I was rlly rdybto gt started and become a cna by yrs end. I will use tht 700 a mnth I had saved for those courses $350 bi-wkly) to lease a car. I will try a cna program elsewhere at a later date after I create a new school timeline for myself.
