This spa has always been professional. I think someone is hating on this establishment. They may have been rejected. How sad.

Not recommended. Massage was interrupted atleast six times as the therapist left to answer phone calls, the front door and questions from another therapist. Massage style was painful including working against the blood flow on some areas, which let me more sore than when I came in. Though I'm not holding that part against them, as that may just be their technique. At the end, even though it was a poor experience, I handed her a 15% tip. She then argued with me about it, saying she had done good work and deserved more. Not a relaxing experience at all.
