Due to a Covid test on a hospital bill my bill was “under review” for months and I was told the hospital would send a letter when they were ready to settle the debt. No such letter came and the next thing I know I’m receiving a call from this company trying to collect the debt. I talked to at least four different people and they were all so unprofessional. The way I was treated was shocking, like I was “beneath them.” I’ll give it to them though, they apparently decided across the board that they will not treat people with respect and they are all in unison and complying at a very high level!

I owed money and a very kind man named Paul help me get it taken care of without any fuss and answered all my questions very well. Obviously it sucks to pay collections, but I accrued the debt for services rendered when I was young and broke and they helped me get that taken care of so I can move on with a better credit score and less debt.

This company has put each visit to my cancer doctor as a separate Collection on my credit report. 15 collection accounts showed up on one day. Now I can't even buy a used car to drive the 75 miles each way for treatments. Plus the cost of gas.
