I had the same experience as Heather- I paid them in August 2015 for Christmas lighting- they never did it and I have not received my money back either- they won't take my calls. Terrible.

In March of 2015 we paid for a maintenance agreement. It took them two tries to get the maintenance done properly. We called in very early December 2015 for them to replace three burned out light bulbs. Lady on phone said they were in the middle of installing Christmas lights. I reminded her that we had a maintenance agreement. She said she would try to get someone to replace them, but it never happened. They never returned our calls even those made after Christmas. To date they have not replaced the bulbs. They obiously don't honor their maintenance agreements.

If being absolutely the worst service in the world got you 5 stars, then they earned them. We contracted for Christmas lights that were a struggle to get up correctly in the first place and it is now 3/3/16 and they are still up. That is except for the ones that are now falling off.
