I talked to Vince on phone for several hours abt Medicare supplements and add ons . he gave me a lot if info to research . I then went to his office , without really having my mind made up yet , and talked again for quite awhile . after deciding , Vince did all the paperwork for me to get me signed up .And I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision . A month later I called him again for advice , he called back very quickly -- less than 30 min . and my problem was resolved ! ! I think the guy is fantastic

I talked with Vince on the phone in 10/ 23 because i was enrolling in Medicare on 1/24 . we spent abt 2 hours on the phone , with him explaining the many many options in Medicare . In Dec I made an Appt to meet him in person in his office . He is a very laid back guy , we talked again about all my options with him never rushing me for a decision .after another few hours I finally made a decision and he did ALL the work getting me signed up and ready to go on !/24 .

I contacted this agent to inquire about my options for purchasing health insurance for 2019. 3 weeks later and I have not gotten a call from him. I have spoken to his receptionist who takes my contact information. But Vincent does not return my calls. The deadline is approaching and this is causing much stress. I would not recommend him as an agent simply because he is unresponsive to new clients.
