Hampton Inn St. Louis/Sunset Hills

We have all of our clients stay at this hotel. Nice place, nice neighborhood, nice staff and reasonable.

They are in the middle of rennovating. Steer clear. The lobby looks nice but our room and the hallway was horrible. The bathroom was disgusting with a tiny sink and molding shower. There's only one chair and the TV looks to be about 15 years old. The location is next to a Dennys which speaks for itself. Better off to go down the road to a more updated hotel.

A delightful place to stay. No complaints with the room at all, and it's close to the South County area. We really enjoyed the big breakfast buffet.

My son cut his foot open bad in the pool. Blood every where. I asked the front desk for a first aid kit she said they don't have one. I looked at her and said excuse me you don't have a first aid kit. She said no. Luckily hubby had some stuff in his truck. The front desk lady watching me take care of his foot she said that is bad. I said u need to tell the Gm you need to know where this stuff is at. I asked what she wanted me to do with the bloody towels she said toss them in that trash. Rooms were under construction dusty rust in room by tub. Won't go back to this place .

Okay hotel. In the process of renaming stop there were several issues regarding that.
