This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at this property. The first time was fantastic. We staying in the clock tower suites which were very nice…a 5 star stay. This time I would give 0 stars if I could. I sit here wiring this review at 2am after an interaction with the front desk that I would describe as rude and condescending. They seemed inconvenienced that I was even asking them to help me and interrupting their social time playing on their phones and talking other employees gathered in the lobby (there were several groups of employees gathered around socializing). This was after we had to move rooms this evening because the first room we checked into (a junior suite) had unflushed toilets with urine still in them from a previous guest. The front desk offered to “refresh” the bathroom, but nothing more. It was only after calling the diamond desk was I able to switch rooms to a clean one. I have been a loyal Hilton member for years, but this experience tonight has me searching for a different hotel with better customer service. Update: this trash has been sitting on a table near the front desk since we arrived on Friday afternoon. It just keeps accumulating. You can actually see the front desk in the background. Update 2: the property manager talked with me upon check out and compensated us for 1/2 of the bill. She was very professional and listened to our concerns. Hopefully some improvements happen with their customer service!
