They disappeared on us. They helped get the ball rolling for my mom, and kept taking the money out of her account every month, but the nurse quit, the agency couldn't provide a new one, and VHC hasn't been back in touch with us nor have we been able to contact them. I have no idea what to do now.

Veterans Home Care assisted a family member with obtaining an aid and attendance benefit. Beverly handled every detail, including providing us with a contact and an excellent Caregiver provider. We had a complicated situation with a change in Caregivers and they helped us understand the resources available to us and implement a plan that would put our loved one in the most independent situation that also gives them safety net and security. Would recommend them to anyone that might qualify for a VA aid & attendance benefit!

The Veterans Home Care program has provided a lifeline for my aunt. The funds provided have allowed her to remain at home and maintain her independence and dignity. From processing the extensive paperwork and troubleshooting a myriad of challenges to find an appropriate homecare arrangement, the VHC staff, and in particular Beverly Nichols, have tirelesly worked with me every step of the way. I highly recommend this program to anyone who has caretaking responsibilities for an aging Veteran or the surviving spouse of one (I didn't realize spouses were eligible). Thank you Veterans Home Care!
