They orinally quoted my mom to redo electric of $3600. She had to call them back several times because it wasnt done correctly and each time they came back out, the charged additional costs. Took my mom for over $6,100 and it still wasnt right. Hired another electrian who totally replaced outlets that werent grounded, didnt work or werent gfi. Redid wiring that wasnt wired coectly and much more for less than $1800. They took advantage of a 80 year old woman.

Horribly ran business. Do yourself a favor and avoid contacting Tom at all, you probably wont hear back anyway. The owner is quite a joke.

Castle hired an old dog in the AV business - Tom Costello. Tom has been installing high end entertainment systems in luxury homes for a quarter century. I think he installed systems in Cardinal ball players or Blues homes. He can design something to fit a lower budget and installs economical TV and WiFi in motels and apartment complexes. I was one of his first customers back when TVs were bulky analog now we have razor thin 5k with surround sound!
