The needlepoint clubhouse

I have not been into their store but I did send an item in for finishing. I was disappointed in how much the finishing was and do not believe the quality of finishing was worth the price. Unfortunately, I will be going elsewhere for finishing at a more reasonable price and for a higher quality of finishing work.

Beautiful store but if you're looking for cross stitch supplies this isn't the place to go.

Great store. Very welcoming staff and atmosphere. Feels very open and airy inside. Interesting selection of canvases.

Great selection. I had a great experience working with Berkeley. However, today, on a Sunday, I went in for help not realizing they were closed for regular business. I spoke to the woman at the counter who DID NOT MENTION that the store was closed. I peeked in on the group in the back and a woman rudely said Were closed. I said, I know, Im here to finish a project, not to join your class, She reiterated, as she stood up as if to block me from the classroom, as if I had an iQ of 25, No, were closed for business. If your door is unlocked, the woman at the front desk was willing to help me (having told me to check out samples by the classroom) and I failed to realize you were closed, is that something to shame me for doing? I will not be back. Sign of the Arrow is a St. Louis mainstay. I dont recall them being so condescending and rude, like the one woman who ruined Needlepoint Clubhouse for me.
