        This store seems to have a problem with their system. Make certain you save all receipts for returns or shipments. I have shipped Mercari items through this store which never show as shipped and returned items from Amazon through this store which never showed as returned. Last year it cost me a fortune. This year, I had my receipts when it happened again. One of the times this happened, it was the owner who checked in my items and I watched him scan my QR code and attach a label. I don't think it's human error. But if you don't have your receipt you will likely wind up up a creek like I did.

      Hi StaceySorry to hear about your experience. We process several hundred Amazon returns a day. We follow stringent process of consolidating these returns and getting them back to Amazon. The drop off items like the Mercari item you mentioned also gets picked up by UPS trucks twice a day. We process several hundred drop off packages daily. Each night the drop off packages get manifested with the driver's signatures.
