Thank you so much Charles for your artistry as a first rate clock “Doctor” for my 30 year old grandmother clock. You are a veritable encyclopedia of clock information!! Thank you for all the great tips to keep my clock in tip top shape! As I said before you left-the clock chimes beautifully & you did a FABULOUS job!!! PS thanks for fixing my grandmother’s mantle clock too- I forgot how much I missed the chiming!!!!❤️

Had a 12 yr old Cuckoo Clock my husband and I purchased in Germany. We had it shipped home but it didn’t work when it arrived. I saw this post and decided to take my clock to Charles for repair. He spent a lot of time explaining the aspects of operation to me, told me it was an easy repair and just needed piling and resetting the timing mechanism. Charles is very knowledgeable and so patient telling me how to care for it when I returned a week later to pick it up. I told him I also have a cherished Beleek China clock to fix in the near future. He did a superb job, and I highly recommend him!

Charles worked diligently on my Grandfather clock until it properly struck the correct hour. Appreciated him not giving up on my beloved clock.
