I bought my wedding gown online and even though the seller's measurements matched mine, the gown came in very tight on my body and I could barely button it. After being turned away automatically and rudely by other tailors in the area for daring to want to make my gown bigger, Lynn was all ears to hearing about my vision and making it a reality. She is so sweet and gets as excited as brides get at their wedding! She worked meticulously at my gown, did extensive fixes and even added extra lace (couldn't even tell) to the intricate lace backing to make the gown fit me so I can dance! She's very responsive to feedback and really wants to make your vision a reality. I'm blown away at her handiwork! Would highly recommend her to any brides out there. Very good service, but prices made me almost hit the floor!!!! A paid a small fortune for five tailored pants and two jackets. I can't go back anytime soon!!!

Lynn was very kind at first when I told her I needed my bridesmaid dress altered in a short amount of time (4ish weeks. I came in on April 14th and needed the dress by May 21st. I ended up having to call May 19th to see if it was ready because I hadn’t heard from her at all). However when I finally stepped foot into my dress and stood on the platform and asked if she could zip up my dress I was immediately uncomfortable. I am a plus size woman and felt highly ashamed of the way I looked because of her. She kept asking questions like “have you ever even tried this on?” “Where did you even buy this from?” And said “maybe try putting your hands on your hips that MIGHT help although I don’t think it will.” All of this was said to me because the zipper got stuck on the fabric. Initially I thought that all I was going to need was the bottom of my dress to be hemmed. Lynn suggested that she could put in something on the straps of my dress to hold onto my bra straps so that the dress wouldn’t keep falling off my shoulders. I agreed and said how helpful that would be. I also asked for her to use the fabric she cut off from hemming, to be put on the neckline of the dress. This was to cover some of my cleavage because it was so prominent. She said that wouldn’t be a problem. So I asked for 3 things to be altered to the dress and when I picked it up only one of them was complete. The dress was hemmed, but had nothing to attach to my bra straps and nothing added to the neck line. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I wish I could leave a better review because this studio is in my neighborhood, but the way I was treated and the lack of follow through on services promised left little to be desired. I hope I won’t be called names by her on this review, but based on previous bad reviews I have a feeling I will be. Service: Alterations
